Pickup, drop and itinerary
Send full addresses, a nearby landmark, travel date, departure time, passenger count and luggage details. Include intermediate stops, waiting and the return date if you need a round trip. For sightseeing or temple visits, list every intended stop.
Vehicle and fare quote
Confirm the available vehicle, passenger and luggage space, and the total fare for your itinerary. Ask whether tolls, parking, state taxes, driver allowance, airport waiting and additional distance or time are included or payable separately. Do not assume an advertised per-kilometre rate is the full trip total.
Airport and railway station transfers
Provide the exact airport or station, flight or train number, and scheduled arrival or departure time. Check the airport terminal on your ticket and agree on a meeting point. Mumbai CSMIA and Navi Mumbai International Airport are separate airports, so name the correct airport in your request.
Ask how flight or train delays, waiting and changes to the pickup time affect the quote.
Confirmation, cancellation and changes
